Are there really this many sick people in the world?
This past week has really given me a new perspective on things. I really hope people on messageboards and call in shows do not represent the majority of opinions. The percentage of people who have actually
A) defended Joe Paterno
B) Make up excuses for Joe Paterno
C) Worship and Pray for Joe Paterno
D) Defend Mcqueary and feel bad for Mcqueary
E) Get pleasure out of what is happening at Penn State
F) Make Jokes about what has happened
G) Use what happened as an agenda to promote their own university
H) and the worst of all say Sandusky is innocent until proven guilty
absolutely makes me sick.
I have friends that are Penn State fans. I have not discussed with one that does not think Paterno got what he deserved. I have friends who are Pitt fans who are very cool about what has happened, believe Paterno should have been fired, but don't get pleasure out of it. I have friends from other universities who are ashamed and embarrassed as they should be. I just don't get it. I think it's time to step away from the messageboards and listen to music on the road.
