Where's all the firepower?

Post by Oldskoolhoops »

What happen to all the firepower on offense for Salisbury? Salisbury is known for producing prolific scorers with a long list of 1000 point scorers in their school's history. I remember last year with Beiler getting triple doubles and miller dropping 50. Coach beiler was able to produce these scorers in the past, where are they now? Anymore beilers coming up? Any hope that he can turn one of the pattison's into a 25+ a night guys?

Salisbury = Prolific Scorers + 1000 Scorers. Name them. I don't think there are that many?

I saw them play Hyndman last week. I know this was the first game of the year but the only one I saw that would have that potential was a kid by the name of Bodes, I think that was his name. He has some quickness and a decent shot. They definitely don't have the firepower they did last year with Beiler and Miller. Their ball handling was horrible and the guards couldn't deal with any pressure. It's going to be a long season for them.

Shade just destroyed them tonight without Fyock or Wade Walker.

The only guy that rings a bell for Salisbury for being a scorer was R.C.Deer.

Fyock and walker were rested for the big tourney at upj and gave younger guys some time. Salisbury had a few 1000 point scorers in yoder, beilers, miller, and knopsnyder. They have some good players that come out from their but such a small school they don't have many players out to choose from. I don't know if the beitzel kid and boslet kid had 1000, but they were decent also.
