No wonder why Troy Apke committed to Penn State today. Both his parents went to Pitt.

According to yesterday's Tribune, the attendance at Beaver Stadium for 2012 was only at 91% capacity. The 10,000 empty seats leave "noticeable gaps in massive Beaver Stadium". If I was kirk, I'd be more worried about this than Pitt's spring game. After all, how's BO'B gonna sell those recruits on playing in front of 100,000 fans every home game when it just ain't so anymore.

No one said PSU didn't have good attendance. The problem for them is, it's on the DECLINE. Only at 91% of capacity for home games. And when you consider a few sellouts they had last year, a lot of fans are not going to a lot of games. For every 100% capacity, there's an 80%. Worry about your OWN house, not Pitt's.

What's going to happen when the cover up is proved? The Erector Set may be imploded and PSU will be in the PSAC withthe other state schools like Shippensburg and CalU. They'll be playing their games on Lubrano Field. Maybe they will let the Paturdo statue officiate their PSAC games, just like the Gumans used to...or maybe the Cult will erect a statue of Jer, because he says he's innocent and Joe didn't know, so his crimes must have been made up by the victims and therefore never happened, right?

"from" you, not "for" you. Hey, this IS fun. And, of course, by 'house' we mean stadium. Worry about your OWN stadium and it's attendance. Talking about other team's coaches, players, gameplans, etc. is typical of all of us. No problem there.
