Re: Mtn. League
Forest hills @ Philipsburg
Rangers 42 P-O 6
St Mary's @ Bellefonte
Red Raiders season comes to merciful end
SM 20 Belf 12
Johnstown @ Tyrone
Eagles have habit of taking qtrs off from time to time.. Trojans have enough talent to make them pay if they do. That being said, Eagles have a higher goal and will be focused
Tyrone 40 jtown 19
Central @ Everett two teams speeding in different directions
Central 51 Everett 13
PV/MU this is a high tension game.... Mount Union is trying to grab a #2 seed and finish off best regular season in years and have the tools to do so. PV is clinging to playoff hope and are a huge bear trap for the Trojans if they play a clean game. The Rams have some speed size and athletes... Their major problem has been self inflicted wounds.. They are good enough to rock the boat...Trojans can see the finish line
Mount Union 26 PV 14
Clearfield vs Bradford @ Brockway field
Bradford gave up 77 to general McLane, 59 to Dubois, and 62 to Slippery Rock
Coach Janocko won't let horses run too far
Clfd 49 Bradford 7
Game of week A- Lig Valley @ Bald Eagle Area
This is a hard one to gauge.. LV went from unbeaten to traveling in 1st round of playoffs and BEA is trying to secure a spot in said postseason.BEA has proven they can play with the big dogs, hanging around with Tyrone and Clearfield and put a scare into Central, Eagles take the next step this week
BEA 27 Lv 24
Game of week 1A JV @ Huntingdon
Hornets are good as usual, maybe a tick behind some of their other teams... Huntingdon at 4-5 could easily be 5-4 or even 6-3, with a couple heartbreak loses to good teams.
Given the rivalry and familiarity.. This is toss up
I go with home team and stronger schedule
Huntingdon 21 JV 20

Re: Mtn. League
Great post eaglealum... I agree with all except I expect huntingdon to win by 2 tds and bald eagle could win by up to 3 tds.

Forest Hills 35 - 13
St. Mary's 28 - 6 (one last debacle at Rogers Stadium and it's finally over)
Tyrone 41 - 7 (JHS Sophomore QB Updyke may be good, but Tyrone will nor surrender much through the air)
Central 42 - 13
Mount Union 27 - 22
Clearfield 42 - 0
Bald Eagle 35 - 14 (LV cannot overcome losing their best receiver, who accounts for half of their receiving and stands 6'7")
Juniata Valley 24 - 14
