I'd say both could potentially be state contenders.

On NC look our of PJ Fulmer. On Sto Rox look out for Lenny Williams (QB), Mallory Claybourne (WR) and Brendan Blair (RB/LB).

PJ Fulmore - North Catholic

All about stopping him for Sto-Rox. I think Sto-Rox wins but if the surface is nasty at Heinz, it may hurt Sto's passing game(they are lucky to have the 1st game). Expect Fulmore to get 35-40 carries if they have any success getting first downs and they should, Sto-Rox's defense didnt win them any games this season. The triplets mentioned in animus's post is who to watch for Sto-Rox. Lenny Williams is the all-time leading passer in district 7 history until the South Fayette QB breaks his record next season.
