Heard that Portage defeated Chestnut Ridge in the finals today.

I know Tyrone was top 8 at PSU 's Lion Strong 7on 7. Lost to Coatesville in semi.... I'm practically giddy. Pretty sure they'll be able to run at will with linemen that are back, but the passing game is a nice development . Is it September yet?

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but I have never seen one of these 7 on 7 games in person. How are they actually played as far as equipment worn, level of contact, kicking/special teams, etc. ?
