Underrated BG? I don't think that's the right phrase seeing as most people think they will walk through D6.

Maybe low ranked but thats because they only beat one team with a winning record.

If Homer would play Bellwood in round 1, it would certainly be a very good game IMO.

So Is Blairsville being the #1 seed them being REALLY that good, or is it a product of the other Heritage teams(Homer, Liggy, PM) just being a notch down from what they were ??? Believe me I know they have a really nice RB in Robinson and an adequate QB in Thompson but I watched Portage pretty much handle this (almost)same team with ease twice last year(once in the playoffs) so are they really that much better this season ?!?!? I know Robinson was injured for the first half of the season so he's rested and thats dangerous. Thompson was very turnover prone last year with 10 INT's and already has another 6 INT's this season so is he that improved ?!?!? They couldn't stop the Mustang's running attack worth a lick either, is their defense running new schemes or have some new faces this year ??? Heritage folk that has seen the Bobcat's this year I'd like to hear what your opinion is on them this year.

The Bobcats defense is very much improved...they have a new D Co-ordinator....they only give up one score a game....New schemes and it seems like they want to play Defense rather than Offense like in years past....Some very good D Lineman and #24 Livingston is everywhere....they are very tough...I would like to see a Portage vs Blairsville game....

If you watch them this year you wouldn't be able to recognize them compared to last years team. They have VERY good team speed and are very aggressive. On defensive they all swarm to the ball and have been hammering people. It's not the same team at all, they seem to have a much different mind set and are playing with a chip on their shoulder.

No one is under rating BG. These are seeds based on points. I think the top 3 seeds will remain the same but the order could change depending on the games the next 2 weeks. I think Bellwood is locked in at 4. Then 5-8 also are depending on games. I think every team has a game they could lose but Bellwood. Should be a great 2 weeks before the playoffs start.

1. Blairsville (Red Bank)
2. Portage (Berlin)
3. BG (Somerset)
4. Bellwood (none)
5. Homer Center (Ligonier)
6. Penns Manor (P.Line)
7. Mo Valley (S. Hunt)
8. P. Line (PM)

If they all win out BG will be the one seed by a wide margin

BG 1510
Blairsville 1420
Portage 1400
