Gotta say yes. Atlanta is 5-0 vs the south, 1-9 vs the rest of nfl... Sad.

Yes they are all bad teams but somehow theyll probably find a way to win their first playoff game.

ummmmm does noone remember the NFC west from 5 years ago??? Like seattle was 7-9 when the won it. 2 10 lost teams and 2 7 win teams. i think they were much worse than the nfc south this year (who went up against what might be the strongest division in nfl history)

you can go farther back than 5 years ago for the NFC West. Jake Plummer leading a 9-7 Arizona Cardinals team that beat zero teams with a winning record and was outscored by 53 points to the playoffs. Honestly dont think this year's NFC South is nearly as bad as some of the NFC west divisions, even when they sent a team with a conventional 10-6, 11-5 record to the playoffs. The AFC West also had some bad years. When San Diego had their run with Ladanian Tomlinson, most seasons the whole division was downright terrible.

1978 Falcons
1990 Saints
2004 Rams

I guess that 98 Cardinals team was NFC East still.

The team that wins the conference will be a 7 win team... I find that brutal.
