Wrestling tournament software programs

I am looking for suggestions on a good/decent software program for creating/running a wrestling tournament. The current one our club uses always seems to throw fits every year when we try to use it and we have to jump through hoops to try and get it to work properly. I'm looking for something that isn't overly expensive and doesn't require a Doctorate to run the program on the computer. Any suggestions/info would be appreciated. Thanks
