And nobody knows WHO will play each other 2nd round because of ridiculous re-seeding rules. Make a regular 8 team bracket and stick to it.
It ain't over until it's over.

What I don't get about all this complaining about Bedford and Claysburg doing this reseeding is; this had to come to a vote, so it looks like the majority of the other managers agreed to is as well.
Re: 2015 American Legion PLAYOFF thread
Re-seeding??? Are they finally required to plant some grass on that POS Claysburg infield?

Taken from the other Legion thread:
Bedford downs Patton 5-2, Cernic's upsets Lilly, Stoystown forfeits the series to St. Michael. Not enough available players. Maybe they should claim Portage's off free agency? LOL

While it's a shame to see Stoystown forfeit the series, that's huge for St. Michael. Pitchers can get rest.
Re: 2015 American Legion PLAYOFF thread
Not to mention the teams' 3 potential catchers away at Cal U. And 1 or more on vacations. The summer isn't long enough for all the activities kids do anymore. The 18 body roster needs to consider expanding to 20. For some, this would just involve adding another school district to the pool.

While I think Grambling is a good coach, respect is something he lacks. Take a look at the Trib today. Mostly the final sentence of his quote, "Get ready for the bigger boys." Seriously Denny? Show some respect. Granted Stoystown isn't a powerhouse in the league like Bedford, Claysburg and others, but it's that type of attitude that has so many people dislike you.
Re: 2015 American Legion PLAYOFF thread
"Get ready for the bigger boys" is a subjective comment. Read into it what you want. Maybe he meant the teams that are the perennial powerhouses. Maybe he meant his own kids being mostly younger players. Maybe he meant teams that draw from a much greater geographical area. I'm sure it wasn't said just so you could read it in the local ### and voice your objection to his personality. He doesn't give a rats patoot what an internet poster has to say about him, unlike one or 2 others. If you think he's so bad, You'd have LOVED Muzzie Blanchetti!
