Wake just wanted it more... Chris Paul is gonna be a superstar if he decides to stay for a few more years. Even though Duke has dropped two in a row they still remain #1 in the ACC. I'm just hoping they get there act together soon.... before it's to late.

duke is fine, the ACC is by far the best coference in the country bare-none. i didnt expect duke to go undefeated. remember, the dukies have the best road record by far in the conference, and road games is what matters in the tournament.

the acc is not bar none the best conference. the big east and the sec can make a claim at being the best too. the big east has about a dozen teams left that can still get an at large bid to the tourney.
wake played exceptionally well. duke did not however. duke always seems to rely too much on the outside shot. there will be a game in the tourney sometime when duke wont be hitting their shots. i dont think they have shown they can win big games when not hitting the 3. i still do think that they will get a 1 seed when it is all said and done tho.

I'm going to disagree with you about Duke and the 3 ball. In years past they did rely heavily on the 3 ball but this year is a little different. Duke has more of an inside game this year and they penetrate alot more then before. They still do take their share of threes but they don't live and die by them like the used to. And about the toughest conference... the ACC has 5 teams ranked in the top 20 compared to 3 for the Big East... and the Big East has more teams. UNC ranked 16th in the nation has a record only good enough for 6th place in the ACC...

everybody knows the polls have a lot to do w/ reputation. unc is only ranked so high because they have some standout names and a great coach and they are unc. seton hall, an unranked team, i think is better than unc right now. notre dame has become a very dangerous team w/o torrin francis. rutgers' RAC is one of the toughest places to play in the country. i can go on and on. the big east will prove its self come tournament time just as it did last year when all of its selected teams went to the 16 and the cuse brought home the bacon.
as for duke, loul deng gives duke a different kind of player than they have had before. i think every other aspect of the team is basically the same as years past. i dont think duke will win any games against a quality opponent where reddick cant get open to take a 3 pt shot. he went 0-0 from behind the line against wake.

How many Duke games have you watched this year? I have watched at least parts of every single televised game this season. They are not nearly as reliant on the three ball.
Oh yeah, hows your boy Carlie V doing this year?? Saw he had a great game against Pitt.

Duke has an inside game. I would say probly their most steady player has been shelden williams. Every game on tv he has 15-20 pts 10+ boards and several blocks. Sometimes redick hits a lot of 3's or Ewing does or whoever; however in redicks case when u shoot over 50% behind the arc why not shoot the 3?? I know a player on connecticut who barely shoots that from the foul line...
