For all you Sagarin haters, he kept PSU at #3. Wisconsin is HIS #11. Of his top 25, Wisconsin's SOS is 23rd out of 25.

PSU gets bashed for a weak schedule and Wisconsin's is worse. They squeaked by Purdue and Illinois, no way in the world they're No. 3. And Penn State lost to the #6 away by one point, that doesn't pull them out of the top 10. I like the current AP rankings.

Wisconsin will go down if they lose. But penn state with a loss now has to be compared to 1 loss teams. They havent beaten a top 15 team and looks like they wont have a chance to anymore.

I also penalize a team for losing a 15 point lead in the 4th quarter. A top 10 team closes that game out not gives it up

At the end of the day wisconsin will have their date with ohio state and get their shot at staying up there or falling. Same with miami when they face vtech, notre dame and even clemson potentially later.

Lets get off the penn state high horse a bit.

At this point unless a lot of teams start losing penn state is very far out. Their best win is michigan and only ranked team left is a mich state team who could easily be booted out of the top 25.

Ohio State needs to lose 2 of their last 4 to give penn state a big 10 championship chance. If they cant make the big 10 championship its hard to see them getting in because unlike ohio state last year penn state have 0 key wins available to them

Wisconsin has played NO top 25 teams, and as of right now, has NO top 25 teams on their upcoming schedule. Sagarin having them 11th is just about right.
