any CURVE fans??

Post by BERSERKER »

Warmer weather has me thinking about baseball.

With my Pirates going for 100 losses, and the Yankees having 245 zillion dollars invested in their players...the Big leagues just dosent do it for me.

Any Altoona Curve fans out there?

I been watching them since their first year, and its the best $7.00 a person can spend on a fine spring or summer evening.

Whatcha think??

Go Curve???

GO CURVE!!!

$7.00... come on big spender... outfield bleachers are only 6.00 i do believe... best seat in the house IMO... Curve baseball is great fun and I think we need to have a BleacherCoaches night at Curve Stadium... it'd be a good time.

oh man, I love that stadium. It's such a relaxing way to spend an evening because it's warm out and it's just great seeing minor league baseball that close. A bleachercoaches night would be cool, I'm sure it could be arranged...

I try to attend quite a few games each summer and love watching the Curve. Maybe we could make it a night that John VanBenschoten is pitching or something. I'd gladly attend if my schedule permits.

BCB is a nice park and w/ the curve putting out some winning teams, altoona provides a nice lil baseball refuge for ppl in western pa who wanna see winning baseball. spending around 10 dollars for a nite of baseball will always put a smile on my face as well.

about van benschoten, he might be going to AAA nashville to start the season but there is always brian bullington if u wanna see a future star.

I think Gen. Admission is only like 4 bucks. I know I love me a curve baseball game. If things work out right, I could be doing an internship for them this summer.

I would like to get the package where you are able to get in on the great bbq pit and the game and stuff. Everytime I go there I always smell that food and dang, it smells awesome. Do they still do something like that??

I love going to see Curve games, games are good and cheap and if you have a little money you can get some good food also. Dip N Dots are a bit expensive but are great.

the curve was a really good team last year. didn't they make the playoff or were they pretty close? this year should be a good one. there isn't a bad seat in the stadium. can't wait for the season to open.
