Maybe some time McConnellsburg will have an off year or will just get upset and not place first.

Forbes has placed 1st with them the last 2 years in a row and Hyndman challenged but fell a little short in the fall 2002.
I don`t see any other school besides FR challenging them this year as both teams return 9 starters from this past year.
Hyndman and NBC both have a decent amount returning but Hyndman will fall short and NBC is just a little short of being there this year but will challenge them in the fall of 2005.
By the way maybe shl is not a very strong league but they have nothing but very small single a size schools and even if schools from further west such as Berlin,Rockwood, Salisbury,N.Star would come in it would not change things the top teams would still be the fulton county schools with maybe a challeng from one of the somerset schools once in a while.
The only school in d5 that would change the top of the order would be course C.Twp. so then the schools in somerset county aren`t all that strong either.

i wasnt trying to take away from mcburg or the other shl teams...they r good teams for the area...but u put a westmont, mccort, twp., some of those schools in there, that are the same size, and ull hardly ever see mcburg, forbes, or hyndman win the title again

Is Westmont single a i honestly don`t know and yes with Twp. they would usually win it.
I was just trying to point out how small some schools are and that they still put together decent teams.
Like McCburg and Forbes u could put both schools together and they still would only graduate about 80 per year.
So with them being that much smaller than other single a schools they do a good job.
