The rain is over for a few days, let's play ball! Don't know the final score, but the Rangers were up on Penn Cam 19-1 after 2 full innings when I went over to watch the Lady Ranger team win 7-0. The girls went the disatance, while the boys ended via Mercy, but don't have the final tally. Anyone? FH hosts JHS Fri. in the resumption of their rainout of 2 weeks ago.

Bedford 5

CC was up 16-0 going into the bottom of the 6th when Bedford got 5 when CC took out their starters. CC had 5 homers(Lauer, Giles, Ley, Mesaros 2) in the game. Byrne threw 5 innings of 1 hit ball for Central Cambria.

What did CR do this past week?

Tyrone is 3-0,with wins over PV(don't remember the score),W-burg 14-1,and So. H-don 9-2.The SH game is the worst offensive performance of the year so far with only 11 hits and committed 3 errors.They really haven't played anyone yet,but they should be pretty decent.

Yesterday, 4-16, was the resumption of an earlier rain-delay after 3 innings with Johnstown on March 30. What a difference in conditions and performance! We hammered Durell Ellis and pulled off the 7-5 upset behind James Mehall, who also pitched and won the game the day before against PC. Rangers have 4 games next week, culminating with a LEAGUE game against Central Dragons @ Curve Stadium Saturday at NOON!

How did CR do this past week?

i know that CR lost to MHS 11-4 it was a good game. MHS made some hellacious defensive plays to save the game.
