Every program has their "Glory Days", and all programs have no doubt had at least their one dream season. Heck, even Vo-Tech had one in the mid 80's. Sometimes, though, a program will have a team that is so good it transcends classifications. In case you haven't heard, last night McDowell took on Bellwood Antis in the D6 A semis. They had a rough one, and Bellwood pulled out the lopsided win with a score of 34-14. With McDowell's single A hopes dashed by the Antis squad, they sucked it up and reversed their fortune in the nightcap, defeating AAAA Dubois in the D9-10 battle by a score of 28-6, and keeping their quad A hopes alive for at least one more week. Congratulations to McDowell for keeping the dream alive.
