Need a presidential candidate!!!

the annual POD presidential election has arrived at Chestnut Ridge. My period's class has been choosen as the minor party in the election. we must come up with a political party name and a candidate to run for office. the candidate must be a cartoon character. i need suggestions for a good character with good reasons for his nomination. if your character is chosen by our class i will donate 1000 of my points to you!!!

What about Sponge Bob and Patrick as his running mate? I'm not sure though what platform you could make up for them though.

Since you are the minority candidate, I'd go with good old liberal Lisa Simpson with Nelson Muntz as her running mate (she's needs an enforcer to protect her from her liberal ways in this area).

I like the elections. I wish the US had more than two significant parties in the political process.
