Berlin a winner tonight over Star'

Berlin defeated North Star 54-43 tonight in boswell...the game was very close throughout until the final 2 minutes when berlin made key foul shots to bump their victory to 11....berlin took early command and didnt look back going into the 1st half lead by 9...NS cut the lead to 4 going into the 4th then to 2 early in the 4th...but instead of the guard play taking over for the Mounties....it was their inside game and it wasnt Mccormick....it was someone else.....#32 was his number....im not sure of the name though....he did a nice, nice job inside....and cjeik or however you spell it....did a great job shooting the ball....he ended with 11 i think and #32 with 16 to lead all scorers....dave kavar lead NS with 10....followed by mignogna and ryan with 9 i think.......it was a good one in boswell all around.....two teams who fought tough to the end.....but in the end berlin's inside game helped them prevail by 11.......

The number 32 is Mike Bowman. He's a fairly sound player. He started quite a few games last season and always had good playing time. Bobby Czekaj is a natural shooter, so it makes sense that he did well. I'm so PROUD! Its been a while since Berlin's been able to beat North Star.
