PSPCA Powerlifting Champions
Sat. Forest Hills Powerlifting Team has taken the Pennsylvania State Powerlifting Coaches Association State Championship for the second time in 3 years with 5 first place finishers and 75 points to beat Jim Thorpe, and Somerset in the small school division at Glen Mills High School near Philladelphia

Do you know who was on the team, who the winners were, maybe grade they're in, etc.? Chances are, we'll never see these results in the local rag.

Sorry its most FH, but thats all i paid attention to, but Glen Mills won the big school division, and their lifters broke 5 or so state records, but they are AAAA with an exelent weight training program

Again, i`m sorry, but i don't know the totals yet, but the lifts were all the powerlifting ones, deadlift, bench press, and squat.

Exactly. Anything can happen. You don't have to have 5 or 6 280-300 lb. Seniors to make good things happen.
