I dont believe their football team ever was. Just their other sports. Guess it was ok to ditch tradition in every other sport as long as they maintained independent status in football.

That would be why they are his oppinion...

PSU will not finish 2nd from last in the Big Ten this year though Flea...

I have them third to last. They might do better than that, but probably no better than 6th place in the Big Ten.

And yeah, those are his opinions in the first post, just as those are mine in the prediction I posted. Right now, in May, without going through at least a few games, it's hard to tell.

Exactly. I just like to keep it fresh in my mind. But in all honesty, I do think Missouri is going to be the worst team in the Big 12. Iowa State should never win a game, but that quarterback is going to be a sophomore and he is very good. The bottom of the Big 12 is totally getting better; all of those programs are on an upswing. But we'll talk about this more later, guaranteed.

Notre Dame isn't in a conference captain...and i would have to say that Texas is ahead in the big 12...good quarterback there....heisman hopeful?

TAE, what do you think about the national championship game? I'm going to guess Ohio State and Texas will duke it out for the national title this year.

Doesn't OSU and Texas play early in the year, if this is correct, I HIGHLY doubt that those two teams will play again for the National Championship.
