the competition at those games is phenomenal but it depends what sport you go into!
track is above average and most times is awesome because people like ryan whiting of pa high school not sure of the name i think its central dauphin who set the piaa records in the shot put and discus in 70' and 201'10" respectively and are also nation #1's was there last year when i was there! the distance is competitive enuff to be compared to piaa AA state meet times but also range in a variety of age categories!

cross country! our state champions would be lucky to be in the top3 or 5 as the winner last year ran a 15:38 i believe! and it is a large race!

other sports it depends on how well the teams are a certain year realy never followed other sports there that much!

if anybody needs forms you can email im or pm me for info or you can find them yourself and download the entry form from http://www.keystonegames.com
you can also register online which will save time! all forms for track must be in by july 1st as the track events are from july 29th to july 31st depends on your age!

i would like to see a couple of the athletes from the county compete there and see how they would do! they should do ok and hopefully better than they did this year at districts and states!
i would like to see bedfords 4x1 and 4x400 relay teams in boys, some of the field eventers such as adam henderson of ridge throw discus, colby mock of ridge and derrick harris jump in the long jump, marshall of bedford and shaffron of nbc triple jump, ben way of ridge in high jump!
the youngs of bedford and ridge and hoover of nbc in pole vault,
and i would like to see a bunch of distance runners such as josh "fred" snyder of everett, logan showalter of ridge, garlock of bedford (more in cross country than track to compete) donaldson and mitchell of tussey, and matt hauze and brandon horton from nbc!

i would like to have some people like i mentioned in the distance races push me in my races as i have ran against most of them!

could be used to really improve your times for college or train you for high school cross country in the fall!

any more ?'s feel free to ask!

duece it is most likely that adam henderson will not go because he is a senior this year and is probably done competing in track events.

young gun i talked to adam at districts and he wants to compete at shippensburg, and wants to get some competition and he was interested in keystone games!

i've sent him the forms for the meet so now we will see if he goes or not!

but if derrick harris is healed it could be a test to see how he will do after his injury!

but 2 months isn't a long time!

maybe mock would be interested in trying!

i dont know. But, i thought adam was hangin it up but i guess not. I dont think derrick is gonna really want to risk competin in keystones before football and i dont think he will be healed by then anyhow.

If he were healed, then competing in football during track season is a bigger risk than track right before football season. I think we saw that at the District meet when he was going around on crutches with a cast.
