Re: For the PSU fans...the Gladiator video...
Niiiiiiceeee...Were those videos taken before the big 6-4 loss to Iowa?
If PSU only had a better cleanup hitter and a stronger closer...
HEY, why did they leave out the best hit of the year out of that beautiful video and audio package?---You know, the one where Andrew Richardson almost got MRob decapitated in the Wisconsin game?

Yeah, I'd love to see the highlights from the 2000 Pitt/PSU game...
I'd also like to see the highlights of the 1995 Rose Bowl...You remember that game don't you? It's was JokePa's funeral...Because he died on the sidelines that day...

Re: For the PSU fans...the Gladiator video...
No he didn't.
95- 9-3
96- 11-2
97- 9-3
98- 9-3
99- 10-3
02- 9-4
hmmmm...pretty darn good for a dead guy. Since JoePa has been "dead" PSU has had double digit wins twice (as many as Pitt since 1983) and he won 9 four times.
Oh, maybe it would be neat to see a Pitt highlight video online. Maybe a Pitt website? I'd love to see a site full of fans talking about PITT! Wait...there really aren't any of those.

It is a wonder PSU even has a highlight film anymore!! Bums
Re: For the PSU fans...the Gladiator video...
I want to watch the WVU highlights on the net!!! Where are they? Could you please lead me to several fan websites I can use to find this stuff? I've been looking everywhere, but it seems people just don't care as much about WVU as they do PSU!
Hey thanks for the help when you find time!

Re: For the PSU fans...the Gladiator video...
Highlights? For 26-34 in your last 60??
AND, all those 9-3 seasons with the best talent in the country???...PSU should've been 11-1 or 12-0 every year with their Parade AA who's who list of talent.
26-34
6-4
12-0
Nuff said.

PS-You want FACTS??? None of you PSU fans have responded to my posts in another thread about Pitt's national championships, consensus AA's, etc. Until you do, don't come on here talking about how great JokePa and PSU's program is. PSU's program stinks as of late and the coaching is horrendous. Pitt more than holds its own historically when lined up against PSU.
Now tell Tom Bradley to go pen some more handwritten letters!

AAs and National Championships are important. PSU has 2. They SHOULD have more than that. Pitt has some when nobody cared about football and football wasn't such a big deal. This is obvious since the Super Bowl isn't even 40 years old yet. Congrats on winning when Hofstra was a national power or something.
If you have time Titan, figure out Pitt's overall record from 1983 to 1999 and post it for everyone to see.
Most absurd quote I've seen in the last 24 hours- "AND, all those 9-3 seasons with the best talent in the country???...PSU should've been 11-1 or 12-0 every year with their Parade AA who's who list of talent. "
No team in the nation goes through strings like that unless you are FSU in the OLD ACC where it was maybe the 5th best conference.
Pitt comes nowhere close to holding its own with Penn State since football has risen to its current level of popularity. Since 1970, Pitt has had like 5 stellar seasons, while Penn State has probably quadrupled that with 20 or more stellar seasons.
Your argument is weak, that is why I don't argue it with you. You post lots of opinions. Even AAs and NCs come from opinion as they are voted on by media, etc. PSU could do no more in 94. PSU went undefeated and untied several times and went unrewarded.
I will go back to 1960 even...but before then, football wasn't much honestly. It was NOWHERE near what it is today at least. Again, this can be seen by the number of Super Bowls as compared to World Series, etc.
"12-0"- Wow, let's base 30 years on ONE game. Nice call by an intelligent man!
OT against....wait...hold on...here it comes...yeah....I think I know...uh huh...FURMAN. Division 1AA with the Fiesta Bowl team, Pittsburgh! If only the great Panthers wouldn't have rallied late. That game was where? Geesh...we should bow down to Pitt.
The score of 6-4 is because it was 6-2. (I'd like to see Pitt hold Iowa to 6 points). They took the second safety on purpose to avoid giving PSU good field position late in the 4th quarter. The isn't as funny as it looks. It isn't as funny as a Fiesta Bowl caliber team (   ) going into overtime with FURMAN!

Re: For the PSU fans...the Gladiator video...
what have you done for me lately? psu stinks now and in recent history. Rome was once the lone super power in the world, but now? we don't say rome is really a strong nation.... after all they used to be winners. penn state used to be winners... but now???????
