WestPAC 2005 predictions/previews...
Can anyone provide us with some previews of the teams in the WestPac this year? Will Berlin win it again this season even though they lost D'Carrion (my wayward son) and a few bigtime linemen? Is Windber back? CV? Ferndale? North Star (a playoff team a year ago!)? CT (are they going to improve from last year and be a D5 contender? The rest of the WestPac....
I want to see some high school football stuff. Those of you from Somerset and Cambria county...how about some help?!?!

Today I made the trip out to North Star's scrimmage at Chestnut Ridge with Ridge, Juniata Valley, and Liginier. They played terrible football at the beginning of the day but by the end of the scrimmage, they shaped up on defense at least. Offense was....ehh. They could have played strong but their line looked lost. They have a couple good backs and the QB situation is better than what it was last year. There's a good chance they'll be a middle of the road team or better this year at least for WestPAC's sake.

Crunk or others... How did Juniata Valley look? They had a bunch of kids coming back from last year's good team.

QBStud90, this 4.4 40 time....That's fast. NFL fast. I'm curious to know who clocked this.
I talked to a group of CT players tonight and they supposedly did well at the United scrimmage. They returned their whole line from last year along with Horner at FB so they should be pretty tough. Hard to say though.

there's no one on berlin's team that runs a 4.4..... the fastest is Ed Miller and he runs about close to 4.6......Berlins has great skill position players but an ok line.......if they can get there line to hold they'll have a good season.....looked like there were more injuries than scores today at there scrimmage with LV
