head roadie do you or anybody else know who is competing for nbc this year in cross country for guys and girls if any?

katie showalter, chelsea brallier, zach hart, and jared mellott
I am not really sure who else is.

zach hart i didn't think he would compete
but i'm glad to see him try that
katie could contend for individual honors
i heard matt hauze, and about 4 other guys were thinking about it from the track team last season

are they going to have a full season and coaches ad even a bus or some other kind of school transportation?


i would like to see some of there meets if i have time as i have cross myself here at penn state, so does anybody have the schedule for them?

have they competed at all yet?
if yes then where and are there any results?

nbc boys right now have a full team and could contend for a d5 title there first year if they train hard
i know them all and they all are good runners namely becuz i ran with them and know what they are capable of running

i am interested in what meets they have this year
i got a letter from my coach here at psu about the teams for both college and high school teams and nbc is going to be there at the lion invitational here in altoona
that is a very competitive meet and could give them a look at districts!

That's a very good idea for Zach and Jared to get into cross country. I'm sure they are both looking to get into that to help them in wrestling. That will help them a lot. I don't think you'll see either one of them getting tired come the third period. I'm glad to see that out of those two.

yeah i knew mellot was thinking about it but hart i didn't see that one coming! lol

but they need to keep running thta way clear thru march into districts but hopefully states as well as they are both 2 competitive wrestlers that have yet to see what they can do and running with the help of coach muthler i think that they will improve greatly.
hopefully they set there goals high! i would like to see them win a d5 title
in xc and on the mat both individualy and as a team

i'm looking forward to cheering them on sat. as i hope they will once again do fo me that day too!
