Hyndman Wrestling Coach

Post by SDB10 »

Hyndmans Head Coach for wrestling resigned. Any clues on who the new coach might be???

Their are a couple candidates from what I heard I could be wrong. These are who I heard Sammy Carroll,JohnTopper ,Bill Creps, and Gary Satzer.Im real close to Gary and he really wants the job and I think he will get it he's been there before so. He's a good coach and knows alot.

The only one that I see as a possabilty is Satzer. The others I can't see taking it. Creps, because he is retired. Topper, because of his job obligations. Sammy, because he teaches at Bedford would have a long drive to Hyndman for practices that start after school. Plus, I can't see Hyndman wanting anybody from outside of Hyndman having the job.

It'll be an easy job this season. Afer this year, it won't be the best of jobs to have. They lose a lot of talent after this season. They may not ever have this good of a team and wrestlers again.

I agree with the whole satzer thing he does know a lot about the sport but why would there coach resine with that much talent in the wrestling room???? I just think it seems odd... Cuz no real coach would quite with all that talent there..........

I believe he has other work obligations. Just doesn't have the time that is required to do the job.

I guess Coach McGill will have to come up with a new motivational speech for regionals since Scritchfield is hanging up his whistle.

Gary Satzer is indeed the new coach... Board meeting or not... he was the only one too apply.. and many of us talked with Gary already.
