Ridge takes 1 of 3 at Somerset

Ridge took down Bishop McCort 24-34, but fell to a strong Central Cambria 17-44, and Somerset 20-35. The meet was at Somerset. It was definitely a harder course for most, but it was a new to course to everyone, because Somerset changed their course. Ridge, now 8-5, goes once again to Bedford on Wednesday to face Bedford, Richland, and Meyersdale.

For sure everone on ridges team thought that they would lose to everone but we steped it up today and we beat Bishop Mccort. The cpurse wasnt the greatest but they did what they had to do.Bedfords next then Districts the big one where it all counts

well fella i dont believe bedford has a chance they have two good runners dont get me wrong bedfords pretty good but CR's coach will get them ready for districts. head to head i would but $$ on ridge!!!

wed. at bedford that course sucks im not lookin forward to run it at all

lol it is a challenging course there kane especialy with 2 diagonal hills on that golf course
if your in college though running a 5 mile race then that course is a dream compared to some of the courses i have to run on.
like the national course that we ran on in ohio
last friday in muddy cold slick conditions
but just fight through the hills it will be all right
