I really don't think that you can answer that question straight out.

It really depends on the situation and who the opposition is. The Steelers have 4 good backs for every situation. I'll go from the biggest down.

The Bus- is a big, brutal back that runs hard and straight forward(for the most part). He is great for those 3-4 yard runs that you just need to hammer it in. Don't forget he runs everyone over.

Deuce- is the second biggest back. He has a little less POW than The Bus, but he has some more mobility and the ability to run a few people over. He is good for defenses that are quick and can hit.

Fast Willie- is just plain fast. He can hit the hole and be gone before the D can react. He is great for defenses that are slow in getting to the outside.

Hayes- is the 3rd and long back. He can pass block well, and he has the speed to set up a good gain on a screen. That's why he is good on 3rd down.

So the Steelers can basically rotate the backs to see who produces the best. OR, they can put in the power backs (Stanley and Bettis) to wear down the defense and then hit them with the speed backs. Or vice versa.

They all need to get healthy. The Steelers have a great team. However, they need to get their players healthy. They can win without them against Green Bay. When it comes playoff team, they need to make sure Big Ben and company are healthy.

very true deliverance. i think if the steelers can stop the pass they will be unstopable. they don't have any other problems at all. i can see them being 14-2 this season or 13-3. The colts will be their only compitition from here on out and they are 7-0 only b/c the teams they have played all have losing records.

How long is he out? Who do the Steelers have this week? They could be in trouble if Big Ben is out and so is Parker and Bettis. However, I think it's another opponent that is bad if I remember correctly.

They should win big. The Steelers, as I've said before, are the best team to this point after the Colts. The Steelers have a great defense. They had a letdown against the Ravens. However, that was a big rival, so don't look too much into that. The Steelers are for real this year, just so they keep the big boys healthy.

Check this kids temperature, he's not right.

They have a 'bend-but-don't-break' style of defense this year. The shut down the run first and worry about the pass second.

Duce should get the majority of the carries this week. He ran tough yesterday and showed the patience of a back that's been in all year with a few of his runs yesterday. Then he had the explosiveness to hit the hole and finish strong and hard. Duce should be the number 1 back, no matter what at this point. Let Jerome and Willie rest and get Duce the work that they're paying him for right now. With 15 carries and 76 yards and a T.D. yesterday, you can't argue with that.
