I have done some preliminary work in looking into restarting the All-Star High School Basketball game played in Bedford County that Bill Edwards ran for Summit Quest in past years. Bill has left the county and last year there was no game. I think it's an event that needs to continue. I have already gotten some significant committments from potential sponsors if the game can be organized -- something I am willing to do since I have the interest and time.
I would appreciate it if anyone who also has an interest in restarting this game and has some ideas about it PM me sometime. I'd like to form a committee before the season begins.
