Sprints
Re: Sprints
well i don't really know any guys that will be back that are good since most of them have graduated that i know of other then marshall and harris from bedford
but for girls look for amanda ritchey of northern bedford to contend for a state medal... as she ran under 13 seconds in the 100 meters as a freshmen and i think she even ran under 12.8 as a freshmen, she is a sophomore this year and will get a lot better.

Re: Sprints
The Ridge girls team has a few good sprinters coming back. Amy Whetstone should have gotten faster. A sophomore named Caitlin Roxby should be pretty fast also. I expect those two to place in a lot of meets this year.
On the boys side they have a few sprinters in Colby Mock, Mike Tomovich and Eric Smith that are all capable of good times. Any one of those three could be the top runner on the team and possibly in the district.

Re: Sprints
The top D5 sprinters have graduated except for Harris who has the broken foot. To me the field is wide open for anybody to step up this year.
Re: Sprints
what are the chances of derrick harris coming back for the season?
and will he be a threat in his events?
