The Need for SPEED!
Now football is all but over (Pro bowl is a joke), the (gag me) Winter Olympics are with us again and few care, but the REAL season is finally here! I'm talkin' R A C I N G! Not that puke stuff goin' in circles either. That's about as exciting as a tennis match. I"M TALKING NHRA WINTERNATIONALS FROM POMONA, CALIFORNIA! Ahhhhh, I just LOVE the smell of NITRO in the morning! Check qualifying tonight about 10 or so on ESPN2, and the race itself tomorrow evening, probably around 7 or so. "When the green bulb pops, the BS stops!"

If you guys missed the race, you missed out on a great first-time win by MELANIE TROXELL in Top Fuel. Some other new faces in the sport are Hillary Will in Top Fuel (actually was low ET qualifier for a round or 2), and in Pro Stock, Erica Enders made a respectable showing in this her second year of competition. And, in a few weeks, in Pro Bike, Angelle Sampey will have her screamin' Suzuki haulin' the mail. Take notice, guys, more and more of the young ladies are in competition, and they ain't just pretty faces either. Almost forgot the chip off the ol' block, Ashley Force, John Force's daughter. She is hot.....her only drawback is she likes other young ladies. More than casually.
