Your a talented runner and this is your last opportunity. Ask yourself how you will feel in five years if you don't run? Talk to Mitch Blake at NBC who did not come out his SR year for track? In fact I've heard often from those out of school "I wish I would have......" and it's usually "worked harder" "played this sport or that sport" but I have NEVER heard someone look back on it after the fact and say "I wish I hadn't gone out for {fill in any sport} my senior year" and I think that says it all.
Just one man's opinion and advice.

yeah man i ran against you and you are my friend after all and for you not to go out i think is a shocker because you were always like "oh yeah 1600 baby" 8) i mean i think that it is your decision but you know how i feel about that if you don't but you know i am still here man if you don't go out
but you have one more season for any sport in high school and i can tell you that college is fun with sports but the track times i had at nbc was the most fun, and i enjoyed it more then college, because college is harder not just in the sport but in the class room, so this is your last chance to have fun without worrying about grades quite as much
as you need a C to play a sport in college and a d in high school!
that choice is yours man get hold of me

Don't let other people pressure you, pressure yourself, challenge yourself be proud of yourself when you are done.
