Congrats to Southern Fulton on winning the D5 A Championship It was a good game but not like we expected i dont think. Southern hit from everwhere except the foul line and that got them the W. Congrats to SF!

It was a great game for the indians as 3 players were in double digits scoring and they were seniors pj hixon, colin watson, and junior brad divel. They were able to keep beky under 20 pts with good defense by zach mellot and brian palmer .

Congrats fellas i knew we could do it why to go. here are some stats for you PJ Hixon had 18 points 7 rebounds, Colin Watson had 14 points and 7 rebounds, Brad Divel 19 Points and 9 rebounds. Great Job Guys now lets go and get them in states 1st lets beat Haramony @ UPJ March 10 @ 8:00.

I'm Jeff Berkey's mom and I wanted to congratulate Southern Fulton on their win. They played a great game. I also want to thank you for all the positive posts about Jeff and the Vikings. They've had a great season and are not done yet.

More importantly, though, I want to thank the Southern Fulton team for their sportsmanship both on and off the court. They handled themselves well during the game and then after the game some of the team waited outside to greet Jeff, teammates, and Coach Long before they boarded the bus. Thanks so much and good luck as you continue in the playoffs. Some of us Shanksville fans may stay at UPJ next Friday after our game to cheer you on.

Just wanted to say congrats to So. Fo. for their win.
I was not there to see that ( I'm just a few thousand miles away.. :roll: ) but i'm sure it was an interesting game...
In 2004 at the beginning of the season, everybody was talking about that So. Fo. team that i didn't know... That game ended with a victory of So. Fo. by 1 point. It is i think one of the best memories i have from the basketball season...

I'm sure Shanksville will get its new district title in a few years... (or maybe earlier...)

Mrs. Berkey, you definitely have raised a fine young man. Jeff isn't your prototypical "star" player. During my years as a basketball fan, I have never seen someone of his status, carry themselves with such poise and in such a humble manner. That's what really impressed me about your son. You should be very proud, not just of his accomplishments on the court, but also of the great job you've done in raising him to be such a fine representative of the game we all cherish so dearly...Thank you

to jeff's berkey's mommy i would like to say congrats to him on an amazing 4 years of high school basketball. good luck in college. and i was one of the guys that waited to congratulate him and coaches and other player i really have alot of respect for him. thats why i waited behind and will be there Friday at the game to play and help support the vikings beat serra catholic
