The Blue/White Game Tailgate
The Blue/White Game Tailgate
Ok guys, now that it is April 1, I am posting my nefarious plot.
On April 22, 2006, @ 2:00 PM, Penn State ends its spring practice with the annual Blue/White game. Some have suggested that as many as 75,000 could converge on Beaver Stadium to watch JoePA begin his 41st year as Head Coach and defend the Big Ten title. Many have also waited to see the beginning of the Era of Morelli.
I will be one of them. OU has come up with a .0007% raise for faculty and I can (slightly) afford the gas. So I am loading up the Durango, firing up the Hemi, and driving from Athens to Happy Valley. Frank Solich wanted to come, but he has community service
An open invitation goes out to all PSU fans, and even you Pitt fans (Moldo too) to join me in tailgating. In other words: beer, burgers, hotdogs, beer, chips and salsa, beer, veggies, beer, lunchmeat, cheese, and beer. Oh, we will have beer too.
Remember, the game is free, and you can get autographs prior. Just think, 25 years from now, when you are sitting around your fireplace with your grandson on your knee, and DWill enters the NFL Hall of Fame, you can proudly look upon the autograph you obtained in 2006!
I am thinking that the festivities will begin around 10:00 AM, EST or so.
A valid ID is required at the door, unless your girlfriend is really hot, and is wearing a fine tank-top.
RSVP by PM’ing me, and I'll give more info.
For the Glory.

I ascended upon The Pennsylvania State University last night for a birthday party and went out walking the streets from approximately 12-2. Talk about football had already begun, and the chants were starting up already.
I'd come up with you frostlion, but the legal drinking age is not currently where I am in years lived. I will be there, though. And I'm sure I'll be able to find a similar place
