Carrolls QB Joey Schrift will be a top 5 player this year!! rushing and passing better then B. Lauer last year.

None of the above just a fan, B Lauer's 1st year at qb was last year wasn't the fastest person or best arm and you seen what he did. I seen this Shrift kid play and talked to coachs who say hes the real deal not crookshank but pretty good in that same mold. who knows , he looks like a great athlete and in this O the QB is the man.

I know it's not Joey's fault that some moron gets on this site and talks him up but...
He better be praying to the god of skinny punks that Gunby from CV does not transfer to BC. Otherwise, all-star Joey won't see the field the entire season.
Also, somebody else said that Gunby going to BC won't happen. Don't be so sure on that.

hey moron gunby is a great athlete if he does transfer to bc he would be a wr or rb. if you think hes coming into start at qb for his senior year and leave you got another thing coming wr or rb im telling if he comes thats what its going to be as. don't get me wrong he had good numbers at cv but not great and the l highlands is a lot tougher competition. j schrift will be the qb and put up good numbers. thanks and god bless

Anyway, I'll spell this out for you since you're having a hard time with it.
CV runs the exact same offense as BC. Gunby is a returning starter at QB, Shrift is a returning starter at sideline guard. Last season Gunby passed for 500 yards and ran for 800 - with no offensive line. Last season Shrift ran to the practice field and back to the school after practice. Gunby is a pure athlete, Shrift is kid who works hard with less natural talent. I don't care how much you love Joey Shrift - he would never start over Gunby. Craig will put the best 11 kids on the field and Shrift may be one of them, but not at QB and not over Gunby.
