Who Will Win The Johnstown Colt Championship??

Post by baseballplaya917 »

Do You Think # 1 seed Delweld Or # 2 seed Roberts # 3 seed Breakers Or # 4 Seed Johnstown Construction Will Win

I Personally Think Delweld Will They Are Killer.
Helman Gray And Valcheff all have homeruns and the rest of the team gets on base and scores. They Are Pretty Much Unstoppable....

I look for the #1 and #2 seeds to make it to the championship. Both lost three games all year with Delweld beating Roberts 3 out of 4 during the season. Roberts will have their hands full with Breakers, though, but probably will come through. Delweld should easily get by Johnstown Construction.
Is the first round best of 3 and the championship best of 5? Thats what it has been the last few years. When are they scheduled for?
If both #1 and #2 make it, it should be a good series. Give Delweld the edge, they always seem to find a way to win, but I don't think they're unstoppable: 2 pretty even teams talent wise and in a 5 game series, who knows?

I agree with both of you.Delweld definately has the upper hand.It will be a great championship series with Delweld/Roberts. I caught the end of the thrilling game with the two a few nights ago and i think thats how the whole series will go. They will come down to who can come up with the victory in pressure situations. And with the way ALL the delweld kids are swinging the bat, They will win the series in 3 or 4 games.

If Delweld and Roberts make it to the final and thats a big if mostly for Roberts who has to get by the Breakers, I don't think it will be a sweep. Most of their games have been close throughout the year and one play either way could have made the difference. It will go at least 4, if not 5. Delweld has had their number, but a hit here or an error there could be the difference in a game or the series.
Delweld/Kimballs(who snuck in past Johnstown Construction) starts tonight with RPBS and Breakers tomorrow.
Pony League championship starts tonight with Ideal Market vs. Boilers. Even though they split during the regular season, Boilers are the team to beat. Looking forward to watching all the games
