sorry, so what do u think is going to happen this year and who do u think is going to shine
Re: X-country
Coming off of a track season dominated by non-XC runners in district 5(Podlesnik, Bollman, Mitchell, Donaldson), look for Goodin or Emerick to take the individual title. As for the teams go, Chestnut Ridge should repeaty as champions and earn their trip to hershey.
Does anybody know if Ian Mitchell or Chris Snyder is running XC?

Re: X-country
As for District 6. Look for Travis Dean to dominate as he did last year. He should be primed up and ready to work off of his 6th place finish at States last year. Pushing him this year will be last years 4th and 5th place runners at districts, Nate Brown and Mike Garver, and not far behind them should be Giles Eanes and Jim Spisak. As for the team title, look for Penns Valley to repeat again, returning 5 of their top 7.

Re: X-country
Despite what the preview on Penntrack said, Podlesnik is playing soccer and not running cross country.
Re: X-country
Thats too bad that Podlesnik isnt running XC. He could add a threat to the list and make the races even more interesting. He must be a hell of a soccer player, to win the 1600 at the state meet, only to go play soccer.
