Boys

1. Everett
* I really like the Warriors defensively. They aren't the biggest of squads, but you can't teach hustle; which is what this team has season upon season. I really like A. Rakozy at point. Also, Grimes is a young, talented interior presence. If this team can consistently put the ball in the basket I like their chances.

2. Southern Fulton
* Indians return three starters. This bunch's two greatest aspects: rebounding and defense. They are tough on the boards and can shut the opponent down with quickness and interior length. I feel their success is based on the point position. If Mellott can score, I like their chances. The question mark is the interior play of Ifert.

3. Tussey Mountain
* Returning champs of District V AA. Tenacity, heart, and hustle make this team, year in and year out. Doing well begins and ends with Donaldson. Sensational talent in this young man. Never count this team out.

Girls

1. Northern Bedford
* Loaded with a Junior core. This team can do it all! Awesome with a capital A! They have size at all positions. Their only question mark is shooting percentage; but, if they can sink the long ball watch out! Possibly your District V champ for the next 2 years. . .

2. Everett
* Lead by a set of junior guards--Miller, Barkmann? I believe. Can Run-And-Gun! Question marks: Rebounding? Defense? Size? Lots of talent here, but still room for growing pains.

3. Toss up! Conemaugh Township, Southern Fulton. . . I dont know. You tell me.

Who told you Richland was any good? I think they won around 7 or 8 games last year if that.
