Takes more than one year in the last 20...
The Panthers haven't even won 9 or 10 that many times in the last 20 years. I'm not going to look it up...but I'll guess they've won 9 or 10 games one or two times in the last 20 years. I'd bet over that same time, PSU has done it eight to ten times.
