More Pac-10 Embarrassment.
Well, folk, its that time of the year again, time for college bowls, Kobe versus Shaq, egg nog, and Die Hard, the best Christmas movie ever made. And on that note, John McClane says to Arizona State...
"Welcome to the party, pal!!!"
Dirk Koetter... who by all estimations will go on to become a future overrated NFL coach... has ties to multiple NFL franchises and NCAA powerhouses. He rolled his BCS-conference Sun Devils in Hawaii and got an island-sized @$$whipping last night, as Jerry Glanville and 95 Hawaiian linemen booted him right out the college-football door face first. Oh, how great it is to see the Pac-10 falter yet again. This time up against a WAC team that no one takes seriously. Well, all Colt Brennan did was throw for 560 yards and 5 touchdowns against a team who supposedly is a conference contender in a conference that has one annual ticket to BCS land. The Pac-10 is the biggest joke in football, loaded with incompetence and undeserved hype, all because the sports world cannot afford to alienate the west coast market and lose viewers of the game telecasts. Arizona State, much like Cal, UCLA, and Oregon, is a waste of time for anyone who has the option of watching a Pac-10 game or a Sun Belt or I-AA game. I would rather watch Southern Columbia beat up on West Middlesex again than sit through the painful ordeal that is Pac-10 football. I just want to wish a Merry Christmas to June Jones, Jerry Glanville, Timmy Chang, Chad Owens, Colt Brennan, Ashley Lelie, Hawaii 5-0, and Hawaiian Punch, for proving me right again about the Pac-10 conference. Somewhere, Keith Jackson and Brent Musberger are hiding in a bunker working furiously on how they are going to have spin these two debacles against BYU and Hawaii into insane hype for the Pac-10 and how it deserves to have a BCS bid, despite the fact that Pitt and UCONN would win that conference every year.
