Northern should be decent again this year with Morningstar and their distance runners.

Bedford girls and boys should be able to able to win districts again. Each will return a large group of athletes from last year's winning squads.

Ridge always tends to be hard to beat, NOT because they are good, but because they have so many athletes that they end up posting all the 2nd's,3rd's and so on...*precisely why they won the S.H invite*

Berlin's girls could be pretty good this year. We will have good athletes in all of the running events (except for maybe the 4x400 and 4x800..that remains to be seen) and jumping events. We're finally going to get some people to give us depth in our events and we could really have a chance to take districts. We lost to Meyersdale by like 3 and a fraction of a point at WestPACs and they've always been good. Maybe in only our third year of exsistance we'll pull off something big. Maybe.

i dont even know if ridge boys won that meet, i just know the girls did...and i figured i might just add why chesnut ridge tends to win meets and invites. Bedford isnt even in the SH league so i didnt think they needed to be mentioned, but here let me revise that post BEDFORD DEFINATELY WOULDA WON HAD THEY BEEN IN THE SH LEAGUE!!!!!!!!

Of course the Bedford teams will be the ones to have to beat. I mean the girls team only lost 3 seniors from last year and then boys lost some good throwers but that's about it. Everyone else is back!
