REMEMBER WHEN
Remember in the good ole days when things were cheap. I remember buying baseball cards as a kid in a pack for .25 cents and they had a piece of chewing gum in with it. I also remember when gas was under a dollar and going to the movies was a couple bucks. Anyone else remember when??

Re: REMEMBER WHEN
Although vman and I disagree alot, he'll bear me out on this one. When I was a kid, there were two ways to buy baseball cards. You could buy the penny pack, which had one card and a piece of gum. OR you could buy the nickel pack and get 6 cards and a bigger piece of gum. So if you had a nickle, the dilemma was, do you want that extra card, or do you want more gum. I have about 90% of the Topps 1961 baseball card collection, which for some reason never got thrown out. Clemente, Mantle, Maris, Aaron, Mays, etc, etc. And you know, after all those years, the cards still smell like bubblegum.
