Less than 48 hours away for national signing day and Penn State has seemed to give up on this recruiting class. Unless a miracle from Pryor and/or Josh Jenkins, Penn State only hope for a LOI is from 3* WR Marcus Davis ranked 112 at WR. 100th ranked reciever in the nation Nihja White still has Penn State on his list even though he is yet to be offered a scholarship even though 153rd ranked WR Rotell Jenkins, 149th ranked WR AJ Price, and 112 ranked WR Marcus Davis have a scholarship offer. Not to mention 2* OL Mike Ferrell, 2* DT Brandon Ware, and 2* DT James Terry have all accepted a Scholarship offer.

Lets forget about Class of 08 and move on to 09.

Well, Marcus Davis just committed to Virginia Tech.

Well now I guess they gotta hope for Rotell Jenkins to sign on LOI day. Watch out for Juniata they are hot on his trail too.

Is this the indicator of regime change after 2008? If you were on that staff, would you care about this recruiting class?
