ok, i, having run at indian valley, can sya that when the course is wet, then it is slow! thats what he means. last year, the slowest state time was in the 18's for the district 6 meet, but this year, it was in the mid-17's. yes, indian valley is flat, but when its wet, the footing sucks and it does make it pretty tough. oh, and mccort is sending their top 3 runners ( Rosko,Garver, and Spisak) to states along with their entire girls team good luck to them and all district 5/ 6 participants in Hershey!

lol finally someone sees what i'm talking about
but i never ran on it when it was dry and or sunny so i can't vouch for the fast course but i would say that it would be fast only because it is flat.
