You realize Don Bailey has been in the school district as an employee since about 1925, right? He's moved up every step. Shouldn't there be a pay bump at each step?

Heard from one of his former teachers that Don was a tad smarter than a rock but it is Forest Hills & he coaches football :oops:

I know a lot of teachers, players, and people in the community who have a lot of respect for Don.

I guess some people have never heard, or understood, what a "work ethic" is. They are the ones that all things either come naturally, such as GOD=given high intelligence, or a silver spoon background. Don Bailey had neither growing up. This man earned- GOT IT?- EARNED everything he ever got along life's road. EVERY school district would be BETTER OFF if they were to be led by someone like him. END OF DISCUSSION.
