QB #8? looks quick, HAVE to keep contain on a kid like that. BM did a good job vs Siciliano, probably the most mobile QB in D6, just keep him in front of you.

would not nessacarly discredit teams that chop block, it can be VERY effective, ask the much bigger and talented notre dame defense vs the navy offensive line...but of coarse in PA HS football the rules are much different regarding chop blocks

Something to keep in mind, Millersburg has been without their regular starting qb for the past few weeks. Not sure how injured he is, and if he will be available this weekend. However, Mccort will only go as far as their line takes them. The siedel boy and mccort's other skill guys did step it up last week against bellwood in the second half, but it was the offensive and defensive lines that took over and won the game for mccort. I'm not sure if siedel was even touched on his last td.

Yeah, Wolfgang (Millersburg QB) has been out, but Roach seems to be a pretty good replacement for them (17-40, 320). Read in another forum that Wolfgang is out for the rest of the year, but then the announcers for the UD/Millersburg game said he was in pads on the sideline. Tough to say if he'll be back for this week.

With their starting quarterback out, it will probaly limit millersburg passing, which is the way you gotta go to beat the Crushers. Look for the line of the crushers to pave the way for seidel to have a pretty big day.

Millerburg doesnt seem to deep at any position. Millersburg's 2 biggest kids on the line are freshman. Mccort has been winning all year and will win this week because of their line play. If mccort can be effective at all on play action, siedel and the rest of the backs should continue to have plenty of room to do damage on the ground.

Hardly need to be effective on the play action! Last week they showed their ability to continue to pound the ball play after play. Maybe learned a thing or two from those loses to Wilmington and Steelton!

I dont understand dwg. I thought mccort was ineffective in all aspects against steelton. And against wilmington the one year, wasnt it their passing game that kept them in it? I just think eventually, maybe not this week, mccort will need to keep the defense honest and use the play action pass.
