Re: FINALLY!!!
How do you guys feel about JoePa "skyping" with potential recruits instead of actually visiting the potential recruits in person?

Re: FINALLY!!!
....From June 17th, nittanywhiteout.com:
....PSU AD Tim Curley has NO interest in extending the Pitt series beyond 2017. He states, " Right now, we wouldn't be interested in playing pitt on an annual basis . It's going to be real important for us to continue to move around the country and play some intersectional games around the country. We have 500,000 living alumni that are spread out all across the US and it's important for us also to get to our alumni in those particular areas". It was stated that PSU has made a valid attempt at playing intersectional games around the country. What a crock of ****!!!
....Since 1993, except for playing at Pitt and at Temple, PSU has played only 9 games out of state, against the following opponents: Maryland, Rutgers, Louisville, Miami, Virginia, Nebraska, BC, ND, Syracuse and Alabama. Are these hotbeds of PSU alumni???? Are Louisville, Tuscaloosa, and Lincoln havens for PSU graduates???? And since 1993, there were 4 years when they didn't even play an OOC away game.
....Look. If you don't want to play Pitt, that's ok. But don't use the excuse that PSU needs to "reward" their alumni by coming to their area and playing a game near them so they can see the Nits play live. They haven't done it yet, so what makes everyone think they will do it in the future.
