Was Johnstown AAAA when they played in the WPIAL? Also, I do believe CC and PC were actually AA but chose to play UP a class.

I could be mistaking on that. But CC was a legitimate AAA for Basketball up until 2-3 years ago, so I think they may actually have been AAA for Football as well. I know the numbers are different, but they keep getting smaller. Could totally be wrong, maybe a Devil fan can verify that. I actually think you are right with Penn Cambria.

FH was AAA in basketball last year, but was AA in football. SOOOO....the two don't necessarily match up. Maybe Josie can enlighten us about CC playing up a class to AAA in those years in football.

Firemen should not call themselves policemen.
Undefeated junior high teams should not call themselves high school champs.
Schools playing class AA schedules should not call themselves AAA division champs.

Johnstown was AAAA for 4 years 1992-1995. Other than that they were always AAA.

So when CC and PC were playing up a class from AA to AAA back in the late '90's, Johnstown had just slipped below the AAAA limit.

Since you can't comment on the realities of the makeup of the area as I explained, your best effort is this idiotic post. Good try.

What's idiotic? Johnstown was ALMOST AAAA in the late '90's when they were playing CC and PC who were AAA but actually were AA by true attendance. Therefore the ONLY opponent played that was comparable was Somerset.

If you look, my idiotic comment was not at you. I find it ironic that you respond when the word idiot is used even if it wasn't directed at you.

If you throw out the labels and go sctrictly by the numbers, besides Johnstown, what team does FH play that has the numbers that they do?
