Central is going to be tough to beat in the WPIAL this season, Damion James-Moore is a really good back, I think he has been starting for three maybe even four years now.

Weather delay 2:28 left 20-17 PCC ; But Wood is at the 10 and driving when they resume. Wood has 6 seniors already committed to major D1 schools, and there are a couple underclassmen drawing attention as well, so basically everyone on the field for Wood will be playing D1 ball...impressive for a AAA school. albit a Catholic league school.

Not that impressive if everyone that is really good at football "chooses" to go there.

Re: PA Football on espn2
Did they finish this game or did it just get called after a while? I know ESPN cut to other programing as soon as it was delayed. I saw the final score didn't change. Just wandering if PCC shut the door on Wood on that last drive or if the weather bailed them out. Wood was in business around the 10 with over 2 minutes left when the lightning caused the delay.

Wood missed a 42 yard field goal at the end of the drive.

Thank you...that was bugging me. At least they earned it.

Talk about bad timing for lightning to strike! under 3 minutes, down 3 after a big play, than boom. Huge delay. Kind of upset we didn't get to see the end.
Wish the Gateway-McDevitt game would have seen some ESPN time as well, and I am surprised it wasn't. Noah Spence is like the 15th rated player in the entire country with offers to play everywhere. They usually like to put high profile recruits on. And Gateway smashed them surprisingly.
