USC deserves to be a 3 seed, but will probably get the 4 seed because Penn Trafford finished undefeated despite a relatively weak schedule.

Pitts CC and NA are the two best teams, IMO. USC could beat either one on the right day. Other than that, it would take a monumental upset if anyone other than 2 of those 3 teams makes the WPIAL AAAA final at Heinz Field.
