Defensive minded, that has turned around a very sluggish UVA program, he has a national Title under his belt at Richmond. East Coast guy that can introduce some Southern recruits to Penn State.

I live in Idaho Boise Talent is pretty good but they are overrated each year. If they are looking for anyone why not go for Jim Tressel??? JK
Mullen is a good fit. Now going to Idaho State University, a struggling football program with a terrible coach FCS, and the let go of the entire PSU staff and want to see us hire Jay Paterno or someone from Penn State. Most of those assistants should be head coaches

New name emerging as a leader and a hire may be sooner rather than later is Franklin from Vandy. Great recruiter, high energy guy and Vandy is a rough place to win and he got em to a bowl in one year...that's better.
